Contacted Home Depot first, they didn't give a toss about the business even though their prices were good.\r

D'best is on Colonial, have driven by and seen it many times, checked out the reviews online. Dropped by once, sales people are not pushy. \r
They gave me a good deal on granite and in fact the job was finished more quickly than I expected. Their contractor Ronald is best for Granite!\r

Now getting my carpet done by the same people, the initial measurement was done by an idiot, so called the owner (Dario), who is quiet easy to work with, he came by and did the measurement properly and gave a reasonable estimate. Gave me one week time to finish the project. Let's see what they come up with.\r

ps: the problem is - people who are satisfied with the work never say anything, only the ones who had problem speak up. So, hundreds of good work goes unappreciated and people end up reading all the bad reviews.
