Since I just added a review for work on my other vehicle, I just want to ask Keith, the 1-Star reviewer, if he ever got his heater fixed, what it was and how much it cost? It's fine to rate low for bad service, but not just because you think it might be significantly cheaper elsewhere. If it was misdiagnosed or a lot cheaper to fix, please give us the facts. That would make the review helpful.
