My dog was scheduled for a surgery, but the white blood count was low. Rather than pushing this surgery through, Dr. Silverman decided to wait to bring up the white blood cell count. I was impressed with this doctor's ethics and thoroughness. He did not want to put my dog in any danger. It is rare to find a doctor who isn't looking to push you into surgery. I felt I was in very good hands.\r
