I bid a complicated exterior wood stain project with Brad Stoner. Brad's pricing came in lower, primarily because he knew how to avoid overcomplicating the execution of the job. The work was started quickly and the project complete in a few days. Stain near, stucco, working on a tile roof can go very wrong if you don't know what you are doing. This was not the case for Brad Stoner, the job was done right and the results were excellent. We are pleased and the home looks outstanding.
