I was astonished when I saw my debit card charge of $14 for my $4 car wash. Of course I did not receive a receipt even though it clearly showed I would be charged $4.00. This is the 2nd and last time I go to Connie's Car Wash! I left a message for a c/bk at an ""unidentified cell#"". Is this anyway to run a business? Two paws down for this one!
