Pride Flooring & Home Decor laid new carpet throughout my home. The quality of the carpet is better than I expected. The only thing that I am a little disappointed in is the service.
I was on the phone with one of their representatives telling them I could feel the nails that are in the hardwood, underneath the carpet. They said the nails would go down after so time. My grandson walked around for about an hour just to get the nails to go down, but I can still feel nails sticking out when I walk over the carpet.
