I had a problem with my heater. They were very efficient about giving me suggestions, and offered to bring heaters out to my home since my auxiliary heat didn't work either. When they showed up to inspect the heat pump furnace they were very thorough. They went through everything and answered my questions. I was able to watch what they were doing which was very important to me. Step by step they took the customer through it with them, so if you had any questions they would answer anything. It was one of the best experiences I've had.
