I just wanted to let you know your service man Jason just left my house about an hour ago and I thought I would share with you how pleased I was of him.\r

In all of my years of having service men come to the house I have never felt more comfortable than today. He was very professional and wasn't bothered by my 2 boys here being loud. I could tell he loves his job and is proud of his work. I just hope that in the future when I have a service man come to the house he will be as nice and proffesional as Jason was.\r

He unfortunately was not able to get my tv fixed due to a lamp issue, but that did not stop him from going the extra mile to help me get a new one. \r
