Worst dining experience ever. We dined at the Claim Jumper for lunch on 3/19/2013 and were ignored at the front desk while servers stood around and chatted. After several minutes a server from the other side of the restaurant walked by and said ""you can just grab a seat in the bar"". We waited for several minutes for a server to come by and give us menus. Then waited for 10 minuted to take our order, then 30 minutes for the food to come out cold, with shiny french fries that looked like they were soaked in grease for hours. We did not have anyone stop by to see how the food was prepared, so we couldn't send it back. We waited 20 minutes after we were done to get the check, and then it has items on the bill we did not order. After seven minutes of waiting for the corrected check, I walked to the front desk where the shift manager was chatting with five servers that were all standing around. I asked about my corrected check, and he said ""I was just about to do that"". In summary, this was the worst dining experience of my life. more
