The use of karate as the physical art and respect as a part of the whole thing in Owens Martial Arts in Oneida.The students are taught the total for both the techniques and the respect. I was impressed after watching the classes that this philosophy is indeed used. In addition the children thoroughly enjoy Owens Martial Arts.
