THESE PEOPLE ARE CRIMINALS - My Car was towed within 15 minutes of mine getting out of it, AND their tow trucks were already making another pass through the lot to see if there were any other cars to tow. $240. And who are they hurting - the local merchants because it makes consumers not want to go into Towson. They said the 'make the rounds' - no the stalk!!
