Don't take your car here! The woman who runs the garage is a complete joke. Prepare for unprofessional, rude, irresponsible, uncommunicative, and arrogant. Did I say rude? She hung up the phone on me because she didn't want to own up to the garage's mistake, tried to keep my car hostage overnight, on my return call, sent me to voicemail, on the second return call, the kid mechanic answered and told me he'd wait for me to pick up my car. Looks like the 25 year old kid should break out on his own- This woman is singlehandedly bringing Westside Foreign Auto and Randy down. It's a shame. Dealing with her is not worth it.
