SLOW DOWN and notice what your breath is doing. Is it smooth? Labored? Do you breath from your belly or your chest? Are you breathing into the back of the body or the front of the body? JUST NOTICE without trying to change anything. You might start to see after a few moments that your breath begins to deepen and even out. \r
