Purchased a new vehicle in 2005 at their previous location in Daly City. Wanted to sell the vehicle back to Infiniti now in their Redwood City facility. I have been in contact with Keith Lui of the used vehicle department. The process is still on going, but Keith's customer service from updating me on a regular basis, sending drivers Jose Meja & Roberto Rodriguez to pick up the car are professional & efficient & so far have not encountered any issues. I will update when the transaction has been finalized. Transaction has been finalized. Paperwork took a few minutes & they will handle all requirements with DMV.
