My Acura seemed to be drawing the battery down resulting in failure to start. I took the vehicle in to Courtesy Acura for service where Mallory ( the service rep.) discussed my starting issue. She was very knowledgeable and was aware of similar occurrences. My car was in the shop most of the day & when I came to pickup the vehicle Michelle went through the entire evaluation process with me and explained the solutions applied to remedy the situation. Michelle is very pleasant easy to talk to about the Acura vehicles.
