I filed a THIRD Lawsuit today 031113 against Chad Arendsen of Chad of All Trades, Inc., License #841527, to have a fraudulent Mechanics' Lien removed from the title of my property. The first is an $800k Personal Injury Claim for the ""booby trap"" situation I returned to after Chad's run-amok crew had nearly three unsupervised weeks in my home. The second is a $385 claim for Breach of Contract.\r
