Move scheduled today at 3. It's now 8 pm and still no movers Called owner Tim to politely discuss. Thought he might want to know what was going on. He immediately labels me ""disgruntled"" and demands cash up front for the move. Nearly twice the cash the actual move will cost mind you. I have the cash, however, would not turn it over to this company given his antagonism. Tells me 5 hours late is no big deal - that some moves are 2 days late. I guess he should have told me this before I booked with his company. Run, don't walk from these scam artists.
