We took our 2010 VW Jetta Sportwagen TDI in for its' 40,000 service. They couldn't have been nicer - we chose not to have the oil change since it had only been 5,000 miles since the last change. They called when they found a dent in the rim of one of the tires and said that if they rotated the tires, there might be a shimmy. We opted not to repair it on this visit and they were helpful with that decision. They apologized for the cost of the service, but we understood that this was one of the more major service visits. While we had not bought our car from Commonwealth, they couldn't have been nicer to my husband. Thank you.
