Placed an order with store before Valentines Day. Day before delivery a rep called me asking for more money. I canceled the order thinking that was the end of it. A few weeks later I looked at my bank statements and the store charged my account for an order I canceled. \r
Now I have to play phone tag with these people and see if I can get my money back.
