Let me say first I have no love for shopping to buy a car. It's normally uncomfortable and you meet some very pushy people. Not the case with Lake Manawa Nissan/Kia. Prior to going to the dealership I did some on line investigation for the car I was looking for. They had several choices so being I lived 40 miles away I sent them an e-mail and a reply from Teddy G. came quickly. We camt to the dealership the following Monday met Teddy and bought a car. He was the consumate professional in that he was personable, knew his business, showed us what we wanted and let us make a decision. I intend to come back when my warranty demands and spend some time with Teddy. He is a likeable guy. I also received a thank you card from the President of the dealership thanking me for my business. I also a had percieved problem with the car, which turned out to be no problem at all, but in talking with the young lady in the repair facility she showed me the correct procedure. I must say she will most easy to work with.\r

All in all it was a positive experience with Teddy, the young lady in the repair shop, which I forgot her name, and everyone I came in contact with. Rhis is a first class outfit.........thanks...................!
