One repair lead to another and another because their mechanics no NOTHING about American Cars and praise japanese cars only. My car was in fantastic shape with a great service history. I had one repair done here and then had to return it for more and more because each time they fixed something, they also broke something. These clowns have no idea what to do. I remember watching one young boy in his 20s pointing to things on my car to another young mechanic that appeared no older than 20 and it was clear they were using my car as a mouse for him to experiment on... I took the car back a few times ""under warranty"" to fix what they messed up.... they charged me money saying I needed other things fixing ( but I know for a fact with evidence from another repair shop that it was their work at fault )... anyway, to cut a long story short $2000 WORSE off and my car has the same fault 6 months later and NEW faults that ZIP ZAP created on my car. I will never return to these clowns again. I have a good mind to take my documents and my 2nd and 3rd repair shop ""list of faults on the car "" to a lawyer and take these idiots to court. They owe me $2000 and my car to be repaired properly. coming here to save $100 initially, was a HUGE mistake. My lovely car .. I feel like selling it for scrap metal now. Even though it is in near mint condition. NEVER USE ZIP ZAP. Go to the autozone shop across the road on the other side of the gas station and talk to the guys in there, they hear stories about zip zap, one lady had her engine worked on and was told "" good for another 60k + miles"".... a week later the engine exploded. "" another great zip zap repair where they break something else along the way "" ... just like so many idiots here in las vegas, ... people know how to dismantle a car and replace a part, but they have no idea how to put it back together again. I finally found a place in California that will fix my car ( a specialist in sports car ) but my car is nothing special.. but at least they have a track record of knowing what they are doing.... so it looks like another $2000 and all the faults on my car including engine mounts and things that zip zap broke, will finally be fixed and I will have a good running car again ( fingers crossed ) .. I AM FURIOUS AT ZIP ZAP and there lame excuses!!!!! If you have a fault on your car, your better off selling your car ""as is"" before you go to zip zap and develop lots of extra faults that they will cause to your vehicle because quite frankly, they do not know what they are doing and the place needs closing down.\r
