Took 2 hrs off of work to make appt, & drove across town. Was 5 min late because of traffic & stop lights. The front desk said they had to reschedule. Their policy was clearly posted on the wall: "if you are 15 min late to an appt, you will have to reschedule." Even spoke with the office manager- who was unwilling to even really listen to me. When I pointed out that they weren't upholding their own policy- she said "I've been meaning to change that." more
