Very disappointed with this Plumbing Service. Made an appointment and then was told it wasn't written down so they couldn't come out for another week. Both bathrooms were plugged up. Kirkland had come out Nov., 2012 I assumed to snake a plug in one bathroom. I was told today by another plumber that the outside cleanout had never been snaked and that was the problem all the way to the main line. I was charged $150.00 by Kirkland for nothing! This plumber charged alot less and got the job done! Don't call Kirkland plumbing service....they'll gouge you dollar wise and then won't even do the work they should do! :(
