I took my tv to Protronics to be repaired about 3 weeks ago. I received a call from Derek, the owner, a few days later with the status of the tv. He was very honest in letting me know that I would be better off getting a new tv than repairing the broken one I had because the panel was bad. He even kept in contact with me and called when they had a used TV similar to mine for sale. He gave me a very fair price on the used TV and saved me a lot of money. I would recommend this business if you want good customer service and fair pricing.
