Randy diagnosed my basement burning smell very quickly. He explained everything very carefully to me - what caused the problem and what he was doing to fix the problem. When he was unsure about a question I asked him about my water softener he went out of his way to make a call to their water softener expert to get me the answer. He as polite and efficient in his work. I would highly recommend him! Kristen was also very helpful and patient with me when I called her at 6:00 am explaining the horrible smell coming out of the basement and spreading all over the house. Thanks everyone!
