If you or a family member have any major health issues steer far away from this ""health"" care plan. They have told my wife she cannot have her lung medicine and have lied for over a week about sending out her anti-rejection medicine. VERY un user friendly. Maybe they also contract with the grave diggers and are trying to drum up business for them. Can't wait for January to switch back to BCBS. It is a much more caring company not run by a union.
