This product is almost too good to be true... it is the "real deal" however. The website and the caring technicians will make you an expert on the process and why it works. Our septic system was trouble free for at least 5 decades until it recently refused to accept all the liquid discharge we asked of it. After a pump out we determined the drainage field was plugged.
