Most Rude Experience I have ever had. Took 4 days to get an email response about the class my Groupon group was interested in. Manager Aisha (whom i believe is also the owner) informed me she needed more information from my voucher. After re-sending my info I heard nothing for a day and a half additional. I called at 8 oclock the next night and asked if she had received my corrected email. She apologizes for the oversight and then all things go down hill from there. She refuses to book my entire group even though there are slots available on the night requested. She never sends my confirmation via email, though she confirms me over the phone twice. After calling a second time for my email she tells me since i asked for the owner to complain about the booking process she canceled my reservation but has scheduled the other half of my party in my place. What? After several calls she ends up hanging up on me and then writes me an email that I only complain to Groupon about the experience She ends the email by being rude, flinging character assaults, and telling me ""she has a low tolerance for my type"" . Buyer Beware Do Not Buy A Groupon To This Place. I have filed a complaint with Groupon and getting my money back!
