DO NOT GO HERE. Andrew Regan of Hourglass tattoo took my deposit for a tattoo he knew he wouldn't do. Now he wont give me my money back. Very unprofessional. I showed him a picture from an anime movie, told him he could print it off Google and use that. He drew a ""custom"" drawing that was ugly and nothing close to what I wanted. 3 weeks after my first appointment he tells me anime is UN- tattoo-able ???? Why not tell me the day I put down $100 ????????
