I'm sorry, but I think it's the positive reviews that are fake on this website. The staff at this company are the absolute WORST I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. According to which person you speak to, you get incorrect information (conflicting availability dates). They are not particularly friendly, and the most concerning thing is this: beware of providing your checking and savings account information to them. Both are required on the application form (if you leave either blank, the form is considered incomplete and will be turned down). They specifically told us that this information is *not* stored in a secure location, and *both* account info is required in case of ""problems"" in which case direct debits will be made from the account(s). Really? Well, judging from the reviews on this page, I would never give my account information to this company. There are also lawsuits filed against this company.\r

I really feel sorry for the property owners because we chose not to rent their property because of the property management company they have chosen.
