In my last year at UT Austin our air conditioner experienced electrical issues as well as a blocked drain line. Drain & Air was the 4th contractor to send technicians, and they sent the most professional and helpful people of all. Our apartments were old, and the air conditioner had a clog in the drain line, which was tied in to our upstairs neighbor's drain line. The prior 3 technicians from other contractors never did figure out the tied drain lines being the issue at hand, but the pro from Drain and Air was happy to go upstairs to clear our line for good! After paying 3 contractors to come out and suggest buying a new air conditioning unit, I was very relieved to have a nice professional solve the problem in under an hour.
