We took our car that had been hit to their location, Mr. Patel did an examination of the car and gave an estimate. He told us approximately how long it would take to do the repair, but that once he got into the car he would know for sure if additional work would be needed. We got a call saying additional work did need to be done, and he he handled all of it. He also handled the insurance work that went with it.
