First, this is the second system we had installed with year, the first was this past April. Your son, Daniel, quoted both costs for a installing each unit and was very thorough and knowledgeable in explaining not only the size of units we required but also changes to our duct work which were necessary to balance both the heating and cooling air flow throughout our house. His experience in making us feel comfortable in contracting with Reliable was exceptional. I had arranged for three quotes prior to calling Reliable and am happy to say that we were very pleased we engaged your company for this work.\r

Your installers for our recent installation Jamie and Rod were also very professional and knowledgeable and did a superb job in installing our newest heating and air conditioning system. We, again, had the duct work changed our which was a huge undertaking during the two hottest days of the year. Those changes and the new units are working without a hitch and our house is the most comfortable it has been for the past sixteen years. Needless to say, we are very happy and comfortable with this new system.\r
