We recently were in the market for carpet replacement. With so many options we narrowed it down to companies with good reputations and that employed their own installers. After a bid of research, we decided to contact Costco as we find the services it provides trustworthy. The pleasant representative at the 800 number took the necessary information. Soon after, we were contacted by Joe from Pride Flooring and Home Decor. This company has been doing business in the Miami area over 35 years and has been contracted by Costco to sell flooring on its behalf. Joe was pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating. The installation was completed as scheduled by Juan and Rafael. Both men were excellent. They worked hard and efficiently; it was also refreshing to witness their nice working relationship. Had it not been for Costco, we would have been unaware that Pride Flooring was such an excellent choice. Our congratulations to both, Costco and Pride, for an outstanding performance.
