We hired Cameo to put in a new pool for us and immediately the plaster started staining (before the pool was filled with water). We were told the staining is part of the curing process and to give it 6-8 weeks. Well the staining never went away and we get regular comments that our pool looks 10 years old and it was not even a few months old.\r

We contacted Cameo and received a letter of intent for them to repair the plaster, well almost 1 year later no repairs have occured. For months now I have been told it will be corrected. I am trying to work with them but to no avail. They received their money and now we are not a priority! \r

I cannot recommend them from the standpoint that they appear to not honor warranty work/repairs even with a letter of intent. I have filed a formal complaint with BBB, but all that will do is buy them another couple of weeks to not do anything.
