This is a warning to anyone who would consider using this service. I was charged more than $150 for a package they sent by USPS postage at a cost of $67.44. Obviously anyone can see that is a rip-off. Here is the reply from the owner: \r

We will not be able to provide any refund. The route you went with WAS indeed the cheapest route that we could provide for you at Royal Mail. I told you how much it costed, you accepted. I recommend that next time you decide to mail something, you go straight to the Post Office, and do so. That way you don't have to pay an overhead. I can't stress this enough. You did not get cheated, you did not get ripped off, these are our prices, and I have no problem telling anyone that, because we need to stay in business. I'm sorry, if you want the cheapest, you need to go to the source. You can't go to a convience store and buy a gallon of milk for the same price you would at a grocery store. I'm not sure what you think you need to do, but as I said before, i encourage it. \r

So, take the owner's advice, and go to the Post Office!!!!
