There were several problems. Cost and money problem that the search pro was supposed to be free and now $99. There were more than 30 issues on my website that Bill is never available. When I call technical support they say there is a freeze on my account only 4 days after making my website public!! They never confirmed with me if I like the website and proof reading!! They never sent me an invoice and tried to put a charge on my credit card!
