I just bought a used Honda Fit from a dealership, and they'd disguised the fact that it smells of smoke (aired the car before I test drove it, and put some sort of awful, heavy perfume in there). Markel's to the rescue! They steam cleaned the seats and carpets with an orange-based cleaner, and also took them out so they could sit in the sun a while! Dennis advised me to keep the windows open when possible, so the cleaning agent smell will fade, but I can already tell it's a huge improvement. He was communicative and clear throughout the process, explaining what he was doing and why. He also didn't go overboard -- he said if there's still smell left, we can remove the fabric from the ceiling and clean under there, which is a fairly big job, but it may not be necessary.\r

They also installed an awesome butt-warmer for me, with two warmth levels and a color-coded switch installed subtly on the side of the seat. They also added a little padding to level out the seat for optimal comfort, but put it below the warmer so it wouldn't dampen the effect. \r

They finished the same day I dropped off the car, and gave me a nice loaner car so that I could get to work while he had my new Fit! Easy-peasy!\r
