Don't trust them. If you must do business with them, verify from other sources before you order anything. I was given a written quote, even placed an order based on that written quote 12 days later. Then, after that, I was told the written quote was inaccurate, and really should have been more than 250% more. Since parting ways, I have discovered that some of the suggested uses for certain tiles was also inappropriate. Don't do business this group!
