The food took almost two hours from the time it left the restaurant to get to me. Keep in mind this was a Tuesday night. I called the restaurant and was spoken to very rudely ("we're busy, what can I say? It will be there eventually"). When the delivery man got to me, he would not get out of the car. The food was also cold. We had to warm it to eat it. I will not be ordering Shanghai again.
