This is the first time I have used the Pampered Pet Resort in Spring Hill, Tn, and this will probably be the last. I boarded my two dogs there for three days. I cannot comment as to the treatment of the animals, however, I CANNOT RECOMMEND their abilities as ""groomers"" nor my request to contact their paying customer before doing anything not spoken of to their animals. I was not notified before they bathed and ""groomed"" my dogs,something I rarely let ANYONE do as most are not familiar with the breeds grooming necessities. Which was obviously the case here. My dogs were bathed and apparently ""left to dry"" as they became severely matted. They attempted to shave PARTS of one of my dogs to get rid of the mattes! So, now he has long hair and short hair throughout his coat. I can only assume once they realized the gravity of the situation they left my other dog alone, with huge mattes all over her body, and the worst around her neck! To top it off, they RECOMMENDED A CUTTING TOOL FOR REMOVING THE MATTES THEY CREATED!!! AND!!! still charged me for the ""bathing and grooming"" services! Seriously!? An act they performed without any kind of prior approval, when they two contact numbers by which to contact us. \r
