After buying out the company I had used for 20 years, ASG failed to register my police permit for police response if there was an alarm. After spending a total of 5 hours combining being on hold and being transferred to various people, they said there was a slip up in their transferred data from my old company. I had been paying for the total service and they did not provide it. They refused to give me any refund and I was the one who had to call the County, get the registration number and provide it to them. They did nothing but place me on hold and pass the burden of responsibility. I called my credit card company who sided with me and refunded the 6 months of fees I had paid. Then I fired them. They don't care about customers and are totally lazy and incompetent.
