Dr. Levin explained the procedure in detail and in such a way that I had a clear understanding of my issues and what to expect. I liked that he performed the dictation of his notes while I was present in case I had any questions or additions. I was happy that he offered me the option for a less invasive procedure that had not been offered to me with other doctors.
