I recently brought my husbands truck in because it stopped working with no "apparent" reason. Everyone I spoke with was wonderful. Originally I spoke with Dave who helped me to decide whether to bring it in. He was honest and made me feel valued--- even though we didn't buy the truck from there and had never been there. Then I spoke with Dawn to schedule the appointment. She helped me to get an appt that very day. Dave is the one who was in charge of our truck and he kept me informed And also kept to the timeframe he had promised. We were very impressed with the entire parts and service department. Thank you so much and we will come back (hopefully not too soon:) when we need to and foresee future purchases at this location.
