Scheduled relatively quickly after the holiday weekend. No loaner available on short notice unfortunately. 2 yr old GTI with 20000 miles needed a new water pump due to leak which is poor in my opinion. 3 wipers for $77 was also steep since you have to use VW wipers.
Sally on the front desk was very good and did everything she said she would and was competent and friendly.
