I love this place. I took my pup in two days after getting him from a breeder and found out he had parvo. Dr. Stacy told me what the expenses would be for his one week stay and that they usually charge half down. When I told her I could only put a certain amount down they agreed to work with me happily so that my pup had the chance to live. Words cannot express how good that made me feel that I didn't have to give my new puppy a death sentence. Not only did they help me but my roommate took her dog to have a parvo vaccination later that day and they charged her 25 dollars rather than 80. These people love animals and care about their customers and as far as I am concerned this is where my pup will always go. Thank you Chenal Valley!
