We had to replace our drive. Bought a belt drive because it was suppose to be quieter than our old chain drive. But after installation the noise was terrible. Joe replaced the noisy unit with an upgraded one at no extra expense. The ice storm did delay the install but it was worth it. The new unit is quit. I would highly recommend Alamo for any type of repair or replacement. They did replace a spring several years ago in a jiffy as well.
