The experience with Daly Moving & Storage of Chicago was fine overall. The only minor disparity was that, when moving from location to location, they stopped to get Gatorades or something. That was perfectly fine, but they didn't inform us they were going to do that. We were at the other location just a couple blocks away and weren't able to get a hold of them or know where they were. It was a minor thing, though. I talked to the owner of the company, and he explained everything. They were back to the location shortly and did things very expeditiously overall.
