Well not sure where to start but I will try to keep it short. Mackenzie heating and cooling Seabrook NH had been servicing my gas boiler for the last 10-12 years. Not anymore!!!! Really started to go downhill 3 years ago when they took great advantage of us and really gouged us on the labor cost to replace my boiler that Buderus supplied as no charge warrantee replacement. \r

The techs had been pretty sharp and cordial; fortunately never saw much of them except at yearly service. In the last two years, it went downhill. Last year had to call them back to get the boiler running after they serviced it. Same again this year. Except this time, it did not last. It stopped firing when we were away on vacation. Fortunately nothing froze! I got it running, identified a connection issue as best I could. They came out looked for 2 min, did ZERO troubleshooting or testing, and came back to us with an estimate of $700 in materials to replace the auto vent damper assembly. Conversed with Karl ""that was ridiculous"", it worked [flawless for 13 months] before his service tech came and did my annual cleaning service. His attitude was that his tech [who had already been dismissed from employment] would not have done anything wrong and it was all on me. Well it has been worked on and discovered that they destroyed the connection on the PC Board, leaving me with an unreliable heating system control.\r

I would not let Mackenzie back into my home to change a light bulb, never mind let them service as important a system like a Gas Boiler!!!! I recommend you avoid them completely they are untrustworthy, deceptive, and unreliable.\r
