Never had my transmission fixed before so I have nothing to compare it to but it was satisfactory. Rob from Gateway Transmissions, I believe was the owner's son, was very attentive. There was no waiting involved. During the diagnostics, the owner spent time with me and drove my car around so we could figure out what the problem was. It was a very hands-on experience.
